Order Processing Time Production and processing typically take 1 to 5 business days before your order is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We proudly ship our packages using Bring and Posten. We offer flat-rate shipping based on your delivery address, with free shipping available when your order meets the qualifying threshold.
Please note: Transit times are estimates, and customs processing or other unforeseen factors can occasionally cause delays.

European Union Delivery & Taxes For our customers within the European Union, your local Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated and collected securely at checkout through our Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) registration.
Due to EU customs regulations, all shipments entering the EU from Norway are subject to customs duties. How these are handled depends on your delivery destination:

Deliveries to Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, France, Portugal, Germany and Austria: We prepay PDDP duties on your behalf.

Deliveries to all other EU countries: You will be responsible for paying the applicable customs duty (and any local carrier administration fees) directly to the postal service upon delivery.
Deliveries Outside Norway and the EU For shipments to countries outside of Norway and the EU (such as the UK, Switzerland, or EU orders exceeding €150), the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their local authorities.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages Please ensure you collect your package from the pickup point within the carrier's stated timeframe. Because our custom air fresheners are personalized and made strictly to order, they hold no resale value and are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. Any custom order that is returned to us because it was unclaimed, abandoned, or refused by the buyer is strictly non-refundable.
